We want you to enjoy your linens, and we realize that making the switch to linen (especially bed sheets) can take some getting used to. So, to make sure they suit your needs, we are happy to let you use them for up to 30 days. If you are unhappy with them for any reason, return them for a full refund. This applies to our bedding, bath, and home decor collections, but excludes our clothing and table linens.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES RETURNS are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the selling price, less any shipping costs or other adjustments. Please note that we do not accept returns on final sale items, bulk orders, fabric samples or gift cards. Clothing & Table Linens must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with tags attached where applicable. Home Linens (clothing and table linens excluded, along with items marked Final Sale) may be returned within 30 days of delivery, in good condition, even when used and washed.

Refunds will be processed once we receive the goods back, and will be made in the original method of payment. Currently refunds take 7-10 business days to process. We stand behind our goods, and we do our very best to provide you the best quality, most beautifully designed linens we can. Like most natural textiles, our fabrics are not guaranteed against natural wear, abrasion, stretch, shrinkage, fading, or dye-lot variations.
